My career began in the fashion industry and that is where I have spent the last twenty years. My most recent position was at a senior level as an Operations Director specialising in projects and people for a global organisation.

Taking the experience I have gained while working within the UK, Europe and USA, I now offer organisational development, HR, operations and coaching on a freelance basis to creative businesses as well as individual clients. 

There is a natural synergy between my services, allowing the client to utilise my skills across a broader range of issues. My coaching training enables me to listen purposefully and ask the right questions which often gets to the root of the issue whether as an individual or within businesses.  

I am a forward thinker, who enjoys a challenge. My passion lies in making positive change, so whether that’s analysing business processes, developing organisational workflows or working to define a client’s goal and objectives. My main concern and priority is to provide value, growth and development.
