How Does Coaching Work?
Effective coaching blends the skills of questioning, listening, observation and feedback to create conversation rich in insight and learning. Allowing fresh new ways to resolve issues, produce better results and achieve your goals more effectively.

I am a qualified and insured Coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching received through Animas Centre for Coaching – an ICF accredited programme.
It is important to note that coaching is not therapy and I am not a trauma informed professional.
My focus is moving you forward through whatever obstacles you are currently facing and helping create balance and purpose within your life.
I am based in London but work with clients all over the world offering a bespoke service to the individual needs of the client.
